The room had a serious issue with noise from the AC, quite disruptive during the night. The restaurant only serves breakfast, leaving limited dining options later in the day, and the furniture in the room felt quite dated. I also ran into a problem with the water service around early evening-definitely not cool when you want a shower after a long day. Lastly, the narrow location leads to some unsettling noise from the street.

The breakfast was above average and extensive on the roof top, savoury food. Got extremely pleasant and brand-new standard twin room with ac as expected, greatly enjoyed it...

I took a standard king room with mosquito netting and ac, for instance. Favourable and incredible location close to everything, met needs well.
The staff was weird.

Overall clean place with very responsive and incredibly helpful staff and panoramic view right on the ocean. Perfect and excellent location for Zanzibar, not far from beach front and Forodhani gardens, beautiful Zanzibar and selected areas. The hotel of choice in Zanzibar.

Great spot for exploring!
Super chill place, right near Stone Town. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight with its fab view, and the staff were generally friendly. We had a little mix-up about late check-out. They caught us off guard. All in all, it was a comfy stay, just a bit of room for improvement.

The Standard Double Room was decent for my solo stay. AC worked well, a lifesaver in the heat. The rooftop breakfast area had a nice vibe, but the room felt a bit cramped. Cleaning was good overall, so I can't complain too much. It served its purpose for a night in Stone Town.
